DIY little girl bedskirt!

I bribed promised Emmie a super fancy schmancy bedskirt since long story short a certain crafty Aunt Martha was supposed to make her a tutu for her bed when she tossed the crib and went into this big girl bed but now that she is 5 we decided to move on......so she finally agreed to take off her bed rails!! 4 days later happy to report she hasn't fallen out! {yet!}
