Super hero cape for my super niece!

I love, absolutely love this tutorial from The Pleated Poppy!! So easy to follow even for not so talented sewing peeps like me! I made one for my nephew Brock and now my niece Angelina is getting one for her birthday! Such a fun gift and definitely one of a kind!! She LOVES purple & glitter so I hope she loves this cape and has countless adventures in it!

Happy Anniversary Mr. & Mrs. Fab Four!

Today we celebrate 11 years of marriage! We have actually been together almost 18 total but that makes me feel WAY old so prefer to count only the married years! We are off for a little getaway in Rochester this weekend!!

Master Bath Reveal!

This has been a long time coming...no I mean like a reeeeeaaaaaallllllyyyyyyy LONG time!  So worth the wait and work though!  Still need a few accessories but couldnt wait any longer to share it!

Remember back in 2010 and this amazing buffet I found?!?  Well time passed and this turned into storage/tv stand because I found my dream cabinet, seriously dreamy, like I swoon over it still!!! 

So fast forward again..I swear this has been a good 3 years+ in the making!  Finally decided on these glass tiles for the countertop, picked an amazing new paint color, new lights, $500 Pottery Barn mirror that I scored for $100! 

The sign I made has a special place, since each day starts out in this room its the perfect spot for little notes!

We added some beefy moulding to the beadboard on the tub and it made a huge difference!
