Spent the day breaking in our new smoker I picked up at a garage sale for $20, brand new!??! Smoked a turkey and it turned out REALLY good...went to the parade up in Caz with the girls, they loved it!!! Passing on fireworks tonight since Savannah HATES them and Emmie is an early to bed girl..looking forward to next year when they will be bigger and hopefully last till the fireworks happen!!! Maybe the whole family could come out to spend the 4th here again, that was a GREAT memory!!!
I love your pics of the girls. I was really sad that we were not out there for the 4th this year. There is something about a small town 4th of July celebration that can't compare to any big city celebration. My vote is your house next year for sure!
